Are you a founder or CEO who thrives on competition and enjoys meeting peers in a relaxed, social environment? The Founders League is your gateway to a community of like-minded business leaders.
Each Founders League season is six-weeks long, one day per week, and requires a minimum one-hour time commitment. (Each league night spans 3-6 hours, and you can stay as long as you want to connect and hang.) The season concludes with a seeded championship tournament + party, where teams compete for glory!
Engage with a private, vetted community of top-tier entrepreneurs and CEOs who share your passion for both business and pickleball.
Enjoy competitive play that matches your skill level—from beginner to advanced. Finish in the top half of your division and earn entry into the league's National Championship Tournament.
Each team consists of the registering founder or CEO and a pickleball doubles partner (an employee, another founder/CEO, or approved by Founders League staff). Teams may have a third player as a substitute for weeks where one player cannot make it.
All team members must have a similar skill level to that of the registering founder. Teams with players of substantially higher skill levels than their division may be disqualified from future seasons. No ringers! And if you play pro pickleball, this is not the league for you!
