Eligible for Membership

We welcome applications from:

  • Active CEOs and Founders building scalable companies
  • CEOs and Founders who have successfully exited previous ventures
  • Majority owners (50%+) of active companies
  • Active investors with significant portfolio involvement
  • All industries accepted

Important Notice for Startup Founders

We enthusiastically welcome founders of pre-revenue startups who are fully committed to building their ventures. We understand that every successful company starts with a vision and dedicated execution.

To qualify:

  • Founders must be working full-time on their startup
  • The venture must be their primary professional focus
  • The business must demonstrate a clear path to scalability
  • Side projects or part-time ventures are not eligible

Service Providers

To qualify, service providers must:

  • Lead firms with 5+ years of operational history
  • Maintain a team of 10 or more employees
  • Represent industries such as law, accounting, commercial real estate, banking, or financial services

Examples of service providers include:

  • Law firms specializing in corporate, M&A, or venture law
  • Accounting and tax advisory firms
  • Investment banking and wealth management firms
  • Commercial real estate firms
  • Management consulting firms
  • Executive search and recruitment firms
  • Corporate banking institutions
  • Private equity and venture capital firms

These carefully selected service providers enhance our community by bringing specialized expertise and valuable perspectives to our network.
